കൊച്ചി. മനുഷ്യജീവന്റെ മഹത്വത്തെ മാനിക്കാത്തതും ജീവന്റെ സംസ്കാരത്തെ വെല്ലുവിളിക്കുന്ന ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ നിയമഭേദഗതിയിൽ പ്രൊ ലൈഫ് ഗ്ലോബൽ ഫെലോഷിപ് പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചു.പുതിയ നിയമം നടപ്പിലാക്കരുതെന്ന്‌ അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചു.
ജനിക്കുന്നതിന് തൊട്ടു മുമ്പുവരെ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് ഗർഭശ്ചിദ്രം അനുവദിക്കുന്ന നിയമ നിർമ്മാണം ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് ചരിത്രത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും നീചമായ നീക്കമായി പ്രൊ ലൈഫ് പ്രവർത്തകർ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
ഉദരത്തിൽ വളരുന്ന കുഞ്ഞിനെ അമ്മയ്ക്ക് ഗർഭം അലസിപ്പിച്ചു ഏതുവിധത്തിലും കൊല്ലുന്നത് കുറ്റമല്ലാതാക്കികൊണ്ടുള്ള നിയമഭേദഗതിക്കാണ് ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് പാർലമെന്റ് കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം അനുമതി നൽകിയത്.
“ഏതൊരുകാരണത്താലും, പ്രസവിക്കുന്നത് വരെയുള്ള ഗർഭധാരണത്തിന്റെ ഏത് സമയഘട്ടത്തിലും അബോർഷൻ അനുവദിക്കുന്ന നിയമം” പൈശാചികവും ക്രൂരവും മനുഷ്യ സമൂഹത്തോടുള്ള വെല്ലവിളിയുമാണെന്ന് പ്രൊ ലൈഫ് ഗ്ലോബൽ ഫെലോഷിപ് ചെയർമാൻ സാബു ജോസ് പറഞ്ഞു.
ജനപ്രതനിധി സഭയിൽ 137 ന് എതിരെ 379വോട്ടുകൾക്ക് പാസ്സായിയെന്നത് ലോകം ഞെട്ടലോടെയാണ് വീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്.
സ്ത്രീസ്വാതന്ത്ര്യത്തിന്റെ പേരിൽ അബോർഷനു വേണ്ടി വാദിക്കുന്നവർ സ്ത്രീ പുരുഷ ബന്ധത്തിലുടെ ഉദരത്തിൽ രൂപം കൊണ്ട മനുഷ്യ വ്യക്തിയെ വേണ്ടെന്ന് വെയ്ക്കുവാനും ക്രൂരമായി കൊല്ലുവാനും ഏകപക്ഷീയമായി തീരുമാനിക്കുവാൻ കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ അമ്മയ്ക്ക് അനുമതി ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നതും അനുവാദം നൽകുന്നതും മരണസംസ്കാരത്തിന്റെ വക്താക്കളാണെന്നും സാബു ജോസ് പറഞ്ഞു.
ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ ജീവൻവിരുദ്ധ വാർത്തകൾക്ക് പ്രാധാന്യം നല്കരുതെന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല ലോകവ്യാപകമായി ശക്തമായ പ്രതിഷേധം ഉയരണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് നിയമത്തിന്റെ ചുവടുപിടിച്ച് മറ്റ് രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ഇത്തരം കാടത്ത നിയമം രൂപം കൊള്ളാതെ ജാഗ്രതപുലർത്താനും മനുഷ്യസ്നേഹികൾ മുന്നോട്ടുവരണമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പ്രസ്താവനയിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

The British Parliament yesterday approved an amendment that makes it a crime to kill a baby growing in the womb by aborting it.
“A law that allows abortion at any stage of pregnancy, for any reason, up to delivery,” said Sabu Jose, chairman of the Pro Life Global Fellowship.
The world is watching with shock as it was passed by 379 votes against 137 in the House of Representatives.
Sabu Jose said that those who advocate abortion in the name of women’s freedom are advocates of a culture of death, asking for and giving permission to the mother of the child to unilaterally decide to reject and brutally kill the human being formed in the womb through the relationship of a man and a woman.
He said that not only should the anti-life news of the British Parliament not be given importance, but also that strong protests should be raised worldwide. He stated in a statement that humanitarians should come forward to prevent such atrocious law from being enacted in other countries, following the footsteps of the British law.
