Today, On Constitution Day, I have started my law practice in the Supreme Court and High Court. I had the privilege of working in all three sectors to deliver what the constitution has promised to the people of India: executive, legislator, and judiciary ( Lawyers are part of the court) . As an IAS officer and Minister, I tried my best to deliver to the ordinary citizen what the constitution had promised. As an MLA and now as a Member of Parliament I am doing my best to bring in legislation that delivers to every citizen what the constitution has promised. I will continue to do so in Parliament as a member. Now in my new avatar as a lawyer, I will work with the judiciary to ensure that what is promised by the constitution reaches people. Every citizen needs to do his/her bit to realize the dream enshrined in the Constitution.
