റവ. ഡോ. മാത്യു കോയിക്കൽ സിബിസിഐ യുടെ പുതിയ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി സെക്രട്ടറി ജനറൽ|Rev Dr Mathew Koickal, is appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Catholic Bishops Conference of India.

ബംഗളൂരു: ബാംഗളൂർ സെൻ്റ് ജോൺസിൽ കൂടിയ സിബിസിഐ സ്റ്റാൻഡിംഗ് കമ്മിറ്റി ഡൽഹി അതിരൂപതയുടെ ജുഡീഷ്യൽ വികാരി റവ. ഡോ. മാത്യു കോയിക്കലിനെ സിബിസിഐ യുടെ പുതിയ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി സെക്രട്ടറിജനറലായിട്ടു നിയമിച്ചു. ഇദ്ദേഹം പാലാ രൂപതയിലെ കരിമ്പാനി ഇടവകയിൽ കോയിക്കൽ ജോസഫ് മേരി ദമ്പതികളുടെ മൂത്ത മകനാണു. റോമിലെ ലാത്രാൻ പൊന്തിഫിക്കൽ യൂനിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നും കാനോൻ നിയമത്തിൽ ഡോക്ടറേറ്റ് നേടിയിട്ടുള്ള ഇദ്ദേഹം ഡൽഹി അതിരൂപതയുടെ വിവിധ ഇടവകളിൽ വികാരി ആയും അതിരൂപത ചാൻസലർ, അതിരൂപത സെക്രട്ടറി തുടങ്ങിയ വിവിധ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വങ്ങൾ വഹിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Rev Dr Mathew Koickal, is appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Catholic Bishops Conference of India.

Fr Mathew is appointed as the Deputy Secretary General by the Standing Committee of the Catholic Bishops Conference of India held at St John’s Medical College Bangalore. Secretary General of the CBCI is Most Rev Dr Anil Kooto, Archbishop of Delhi.
Fr Mathew belongs to the Delhi Archdiocese and held very many responsible positions as Chancellor, Secretary to the Archbishop, Judicial Vicar etc. Fr Mathew is from the Karimbany, Parish, diocese of Pala. He has done his doctorate in Cannon Law from the Pontifical Lateran University, Rome. Fr Mathew is the son of Koickal Joseph and Mary.
